Praying for a better day, without the horrible adventures from yesterday would be nice Lord, but if you should decide that I need another dose pleease at least give me the strength to go without offending or sharing hostility towards the other person

Oh, Jeannette, this was like my Tuesday, too!
Then i was reminded that we should give thanks and praise in all circumstances. I tried doing that, but it sounded so hollow. I also asked that whatever lesson i needed to learn, could i please learn it quickly and move on??
I was also reminded that i hadn't brought God into the situation, only called on Him as an afterthought. D'oh!
I seem to keep repeating that lesson--i guess until i learn it, it'll keep being presented.
